Dr. Foster's Essentials Organic Lemon Essential Oil

Lemon oil is one of the most versatile oils available - useful for air purification, mood upliftment, hemostat, circulatory tonic, liver purification and rebuilding of blood vessels. When diffused, it has the effect of purifying the air, removing odors and uplifting the spirits. When applied topically, it is absorbed into the skin and has a wide range of uses.

How to Use:

How To Use Essential Oils
Topical Use: Use 1 drop applied to bottoms of feet 2 to 3 times daily. Dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba oil before applying to face or sensitive skin
Diffuse: Add a few drops to a diffuser or add a few drops to water in a spray bottle and diffuse or spray into the air to purify the air and add a fresh clean scent. See recipe for Essential Oil Spray
In Water: Delicious when one drop is used as lemon flavoring for a glass of purified water, and as such, when taken with meals to help liver-gallbladder function, to aid digestion and help avoid many types of food-borne illnesses. Since it is on the FDA GRAS list, it can safely be taken internally 1 or 2 drops at a time.
What Other Herbs Can Help: To help rebuild blood vessels, the addition of Cayenne to the healing program helps speed up healing

Peaceful Nerves will get rid of a cramp in seconds. It is absolutely amazing stuff! Cramps in Hand, Leg, Menstral Cramps, Gallbladder. Two dropperful's usually does it. Gallbadder issues may need more. This is something that everyone needs on their shelf. It has kept us from having to go to the hospital on numerous occassions. That alone makes this worth the purchase for sure!!!

I love this oil I've been putting 4 to 5 drops in a 16.9 oz glass bottle of water along with a quarter dropper of Ginger tincture which is great also. I always drink this when I'm fasting all day it really makes me feel great and hydrated as well as keeping my appetite at bay. My only complaint is I ordered 2 bottles of lemon oil, and they were partially open just enough that I lost about a quarter of each bottle from leakage, but it does last a long time.
