Lost And Delayed Packages:
- Bad Weather or National Holidays: To find out if your package has been delayed by bad weather or national holidays, and to access Fedex / USPS Service Alerts for your area: click here
- Get Free Tracking Updates By Text, Reschedule A Missed Delivery, Give Special Delivery Instructions: The Post Office has a service called Informed Delivery that allows you to receive tracking updates through text, reschedule a missed delivery and give special delivery instructions to the mail carrier.

Up-to-Date Tracking Info on Your Package:
- Check Your Order Confirmation Email: If you placed an order with us, an email confirmation was emailed to you. If you didn't receive it, please check your promotions and spam folders and drag that email back into your inbox so that you can receive further notices about your package - which may be around 1 to 3 more emails.
- Backorders: If anything is backordered, we will send you an email.
- When You'll Get Your Tracking Number: On the day your order ships, we email you again with a tracking number.
Please click directly on the tracking number just underneath your billing address to go directly to the UPS, Fedex or Post Office page with up-to-date info on your package.
- If You Don't See Your Order in Our Order Status Module, but you received an email order confirmation, we definitely have your order. It's not lost. Every once in a great while, a larger order is not written to this order status module, but we have your order in other places, and we do make sure to ship every single order - even the ones that you don't see in this module. For ones that we see were skipped, we send an email notice to let you know you we definitely received your order. If you are in doubt over whether we received your order, please email us and let us know your name and around what date you placed your order.
