If you have one or more bowel movements per day, use the regular strength Liver Regeneration Program instead.

If you are over the age of 35, it is recommended to do the Simplified Stone Cleanse first before attempting this liver cleanse. This is because many people have silent stones and don't realize it. The Stone cleanse includes Intestinal Rejuvenation Program, Stone Buster, Stone Dissolve Tea, and Peaceful Nerves. Peaceful Nerves can help ease any gallbladder spasms that can occur whenever a person has gallstones.
